About Me
I bring a unique perspective to real estate.
I started managing my parent's properties at the age of 18, and have personally bought, sold and managed properties in both Edmonton and Victoria, B.C. In addition, I have worked at the Land Titles Office; and as a lawyer for both private clients and governments, on files frequently involving real estate.
Most recently, I worked as a lawyer at a boutique wills and estates firm, assisting attorneys, testators, beneficiaries and administrators. As necessary, I litigated disputes in court.
I have had a front-row seat to see what happens when relationships break down, among spouses, family members, friends, neighbours and contracting parties. It’s stressful, lengthy and expensive.
Over my 20 year legal career, I became very skilled at both spotting and solving problems - which is invaluable to my clients. It is an honour to be a lawyer - to serve your client and the court. However, the time was right for me to pursue real estate, something I've wanted to do for a long time.
If you choose me as your agent, I will use my problem-solving, logic and negotiation skills, along with my knowledge, diligence and integrity - to help you confidently achieve your real estate goals.
